These Terms of Sale govern purchases arranged through kimluxcurvys.com and the store’s WhatsApp ordering channel. By confirming an order, you agree to the terms that were available when the order was confirmed. These proposed terms do not waive consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

2. How orders are placed

Customers may select a product, color, and size on the website and contact the store through WhatsApp for personalized guidance. Before payment, the store will confirm product availability, the selected item and size, the total price, any applicable tax and shipping charge, the estimated shipping timeframe, and the accepted payment method in writing. An order is accepted when the store sends written order confirmation. Do not send full card details or security codes through WhatsApp or email.

3. Prices, taxes, and promotions

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless a product page states otherwise. Applicable sales tax and shipping charges will be stated in the order summary before payment. The website currently advertises free shipping on eligible orders over $75. This proposed draft treats the threshold as the merchandise subtotal before tax and after discounts, for eligible U.S. standard-shipping orders; the store must confirm the precise eligibility rules before publishing.

Promotional offers may have separate dates, eligibility, exclusions, or quantity limits. Any restrictions will be shown with the offer. Offers cannot be combined unless the store says otherwise.

4. Product details, fit, and availability

We aim to describe products, colors, materials, construction, and sizes accurately. Screen settings and lighting may cause colors to look slightly different. Size charts and WhatsApp consultations are guides to help select a garment; they do not guarantee a particular fit or body-shaping result. Product inventory and size availability can change before an order is confirmed.

5. Changes and cancellations

Contact us promptly if you need to correct an order detail. We will try to accommodate a change before the order is packed or shipped, but changes are not guaranteed after fulfillment begins. If you need to cancel, contact us through the details above. Once an order has shipped, the Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges Policy applies, subject to applicable law.

6. Shipping, returns, and refunds

Shipping charges, eligible destinations, and delivery estimates are confirmed in the written order summary. Please review the Shipping and Delivery Policy before paying. Returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled under the Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges Policy, which is available from the product page and website footer. If a shipping delay occurs, we will provide the options required by law.

7. Payment

The store will identify the accepted payment method and amount in the order summary. Payment is due as stated in that summary.
